It's awesome! You do each level 2 weeks at a time. Level 1 every other day for 2 weeks, then the same with level 2, 3 and 4. Then you wait two weeks and start over with level 1. You massage it in, wait 4 minutes and rinse. Voila! your skin is soft and polished feeling. It's totally incredible. I LOVE IT!!!
